The spirit of imagination was on full display at the Oka Elementary Spring Sing! This year, Director Kim Robles led our students through a magical, Disney-inspired performance that transformed the campus into a musical celebration.

The quiet concentration in the Fulton Middle School MPR this past Saturday spoke volumes about the talent in our district. Students from all three FVSD middle schools gathered for the 5th Annual Middle School Chess Tournament, a highlight of the year for our campus chess clubs.

Exposure to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) at an early age opens up a world of possibilities for our students. This past week, Newland Elementary families saw this in action during the "Build & Play: Mini Golf" STEAM Night.

This year marked a special milestone for Masuda Middle School as the Masuda Chapter of FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) celebrated its 10th anniversary. Founded by teacher Katie McLemore, the program has now seen 49 different competitors showcase their talents over the last decade.

There was a mystery afoot at Talbert Middle School last week, but luckily, the Forensics Club was on the job.

There is no greater influence on student success than a dedicated teacher, and this week, we had the privilege of celebrating ten of the very best.

The Newland Elementary community came together last week for an evening of entertainment and school spirit at the Newland Variety Show.
